We are also committed to reviewing our policy and arrangements on a regular basis to ensure compliance with regulations.

Danny & Co Cleaning Services will:
a) Provide and maintain plant and systems of work that are, as far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health.

b) Make arrangements for ensuring, as far as is reasonably practicable, safety and the absence of risks to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances.

c) Provide such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of its employees.

d) Maintain any place of work that is under its sole control in a condition which is, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health, and to provide and maintain safe means of access to and exit from such places of work that are safe and without risk to health.

e) Provide and maintain a working environment for employees that is, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks and which has adequate welfare facilities and arrangements.

f) Conduct the Company business in a manner which will not put at risk the health, safety and welfare of other persons not in our employment whether working at or visiting our premises or those of our Clients.
